GUARANTEE COVERAGE OF TREATMENTS

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK YOUR DENTIST ABOUT THE GUARANTEE..

Dentalara is a facilitator for dental services provided by independent local clinics in Antalya, Turkey. The guarantee is provided by the dental clinic and is conditional upon you entering into a contract with the local clinic whereby dental services are provided to you.

Many patients who prefer to get treatment abroad, ignore the state of guarantee. Likewise, many clinics hold back from showing their guarantee terms and conditions. Globaly it isn’t legally required for a dental clinic to have guarantees for treatments. But before getting treatment one of the most important things that you should ask for is the guarantee coverage of the treatment.

At Dentalara clinics, all performed dental procedures are under guarantee if clear post-treatment instructions are followed.

DENTAL IMPLANTS

Guarantees for dental implants starts from 10 years to lifetime.

If the implant comes loose or fails (global statistics show a 5% failure rate), it will be renewed free of charge!

DENTAL CROWNS INCLUDING DENTAL BRIDGES (E-max, Zirconium, Metal Fused Porcelain)

Guarantees for dental crowns starts from 5 years to 6 years.

If they get chipped, cracked or broken during normal usage, they will be replaced free of charge!

DENTAL VENEERS, LUMINEERS

Guarantees for dental veneers and lumineers starts from 3 years to 4 years.

If they get chipped, cracked or broken during normal usage, they will be replaced free of charge!

DENTAL INLAYS AND ONLAYS

Guarantees for dental inlays and onlays start from 2 years to 3 years.

If they fall-out, they will be replaced free of charge!

DENTURES
Guarantee given for dentures against breakages is for a period of 1 year.

IMPORTANT:
The Guarantee will be invalid in the below defined circumstances. These circumstances are in general and further guarantee details will be provided by the clinic itself.

• If oral hygiene is neglected.
• If the patient does not have a routine dental check-up to include a Panoramic X-Ray and a Scale and polish at least once a year (invoice required).
• If the Dentists’/ Oral Surgeons’ instructions are not followed.
• If the patient misuses his/her teeth and cause damage to them.
• Removal after an operation, underlining of dentures etc.

The team of Dentists, Surgeons and Dental Technicians make every effort to ensure your treatment is carried out to the highest possible standard. In case of a failure of the laboratory works the local clinic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the issue upon your return. In cases of small adjustments, some of the local clinics are also making a single contribution to you having corrective treatment in your home country.

Please be aware that the number of patients needing to return for corrective treatment is very low; however, that said, you can be sure that should you experience any issues you are offered a legitimate guarantee.

Dentalara is the facilitator of your dental treatment and as such is not to be held liable in any issue arising from the dental treatment.
